Help! This isn't much of an age difference...is it??

Recommended Posts

Okay, first of all, this is actually for my 11 year old sister, (I'm 16, turning 17 in 2 weeks and 4 days! Ahem...anyway...), but anyway, my sister has been best friends for this one girl since we've moved here. Her friend has a really goodlooking brother, and my sister and her friend's brother are 2 years apart. I've always thought they'd make a cute couple, but my sister kept insisting that she doesn't like him. But finally while we were making cookies for out grandma's birthday about 2 days ago, she told me that she liked her friend's brother for a long time (I knew it ). This boy, named Chris, is actually very good looking for her, with tons of girls after him, some even my sister's age. My sister thinks she doesn't have a chance at all since he's an eighth grader and she's a 6th grader, and there are many girls after him. She asks me of all people of what she should do about this situation, and since I'm her sister, she doesn't think my advice is good. I'm thinking that 2 years isn't a terrible gap and that it won't matter once they're older, but she still thinks that I'm wrong. So I ask all of you, what should my little sister do, and is 2 years that terrible? I'm going to drag her over here and make her read all of your responses lol, thanks!

2 years isn't anything.. Some people may think it is.. But Especially since they're in what, middle school?

I'm 16 and I usually date guys 4-5 yrs older then me.. Sooo.. No.. That isn't really a big deal.

And like you say, It really isn't going to matter when they get older.

But hell your sister is still young so tell her to forget about boys for now.. LOL j/k

Anyway, yeah..

Buh Byes. Heh.
