I stopped taking my pills a week early cos i lost the pack.. But i got a new pack now...can i start it right away.. how does this affect my cycle..do i have to wait again before i have sex

No, you can't start the new one unless you got your period a week early when you stopped taking the pills, most you can skip and double to compensate is a day - if you try now you'll short yourself for this pack. And definitely play it safe and use an alternate method of protection if you have sex, both before your period, and for a few days after you start your new pack, much better to be safe than take chances with it!
