hockeyboy
I'm sure this is common with a lot of people. I've operating on a lack of sleep lately and am just exhausted today. Once I'm out of work, I'll get to the gym and will feel fine and then probably get to bed early...but while at work I feel like I could fall asleep at my desk. So I'm wondering how people combat this...just lots of coffee? Any other ideas? Link to comment

KG
HB, Another thing that helps is a regular schedule. Going to bed at the same time, getting up at the same time. I know that when I rarely sleep in on a weekend, I'll be drowsy for hours later, tho I got more than enough sleep. Link to comment
