naw. when i say move on, i mean move on. however you have to do it, just do it. if you need someone else to move on, find someone. if you need a hobby to occupy your mind, do that. if you need nothing and don't have to look back, awesome.

Doesn't sound like one to me. If you do set something up later and then she flakes, then that would be something to take note of. In this situation a lot of companies have serious policies about not fraternizing in that context. It's just bad for business.
