waveseer
I'm glad nobody was hurt. And I'm really glad you're taking it seriously because it is very serious. Both of you need help in my opinion. Who eggs their so on to escalate further? Get help with or without her. Best of luck to ya'. Link to comment

waveseer
We are all capable of losing our tempers. I have done it and I spoke to a professional about it. It helps to know that it's normal to feel that much anger that strongly. If you haven't lost control before then you must know how to avoid losing it. Still, if the dynamic is there with your girlfriend, then the counselor needs to see you both to help you fix it. Link to comment

waveseer
Beating yourself up about it isn't going to help, so it's okay to accept that it did happen and forgive yourself. After you've forgiven yourself, forgive her because she obviously didn't know what she was doing. Then you can start living in the solution which is changing the dynamic in your relationship that caused such a volitile series of events. Link to comment

waveseer
You're welcome. People make me feel much better when I let them know my crap too. Best of luck to you and your girl. Link to comment
yeawutever
Make her go to anger management or just click b/c you can't be totally responsible for someone else's behavior, it's up to her to have self-control. No real excuse to take it out on a loved one, no matter how frustrated you are. Link to comment
summerpeach
My ex used to egg me on like that as well. I do not have a bad temper at all, but he would do stuff so I would try to show him I loved him etc. Why hurt someone who is already hurting? Egging her on is unstable behavior as well Link to comment
