KG
What I do for sinus probs is what my grandaparents always did. Slowly bring a pot of water to a boil, place a towel over your head, and slowly inhale the humid air. Twice a day works fine for dry or blocked noses. And the reason most issues occur in the colder months is that as you use heat in your house, cold air is drawn in from the outside, causing the dryness. People who use woodstoves put a pot of water on top to keep the humidity up. Link to comment
ghost69
kg, does it really have to be a wood stove? Link to comment
KG
For the treatment...no! Thw woodstove thing is cuz the air is drying up. I know people who don't have humidifiers, keep pans of water out to help the dryness. Sorry if that was confusing! Link to comment
