Does anyone feel rather tired when they take in caffeine?

Not when I'm taking in caffeine but definitely when its magical powers start to wear off ...

I have the same experience from time to time.. I think it just has different effects on people.

Caffeine gives you a small blood pressure boost, but the boost eventually goes away... And having your blood pressure constantly change during the course of a day is very tiring. So if you drink a lot of coffee, it can make you feel more tired in the long run.

I always grab an XL Tim Horton's coffee on the way to work. I feel GREATTTTTTTTTTTT walking in to the building after i've consumed more than half of my coffee, however, an hour later i'm ready for my bed.

 

So, no caffeine in the long run makes sense, but i don't make sense.

I got a rough physics course coming up in the Fall. I'm thinking it might be better if I just quit the caffeine all together as it has me feeling tired too often I think. But I do love my morning coffee...

i don't rely on caffeine for anything. haven't had the stuff in like 4 years. i eat apples or peanuts for an energy boost. also, take things that have vitamin b12. you will wake up and feel energized really quick.

i have a tolerance for caffene. it does nothing for me.
