How long should I wait before I ask her out?

Disclaimer here: I realize it's not the best idea to ask out coworkers, but I have no life outside of work, thereforeee my whole social life is done at work. With that said:

 

A new girl started in the bakery today, kind of cute, seems nice, and is single. I'm afraid I might creep her out if I had asked her out right away. So should I get to know her a little first? Or just go ahead and ask her out, I mean if she says no she says no, not the end of the world.

I'd cozy into being friends with her first. You get to see if there's a point in asking her out. You could be completely different and it could be a waste of time if you don't do your research

i would def. try to get to know her a bit better and get to the friend point first before you ask her out.

a week at least. as far as i'm concerned, we should know each other abit little, before we date. if she don't even know your name, how can you ask her out? buy things in her shop as frequent as you can, just make more chance meet her.

Do not ask her out right away. That would be a bad idea. You gotta work you way up and build a foundation with her. It would be easier if she feels comfortable, safe and happy around you and that takes time and dedication. Test the water before you jump in.

Eh, I think I'll work on getting to know her first before I think about dating. I'm impulsive a lot

make friends with her. go to lunch and things like that. then if you feel you have a lot in common, ask her for her number. she will probably ask why. then you tell her to go out sometime. then say 'outside of work.' she will get the clue.
