CarnelianButterfly
When I'm anxious I ride the exercise bike, when I'm upset I like to take a cool drink into the woods and read a book. Being outside helps me, I enjoy the sun and the sound of the trees and birds. Link to comment
Lana0120
I wish I knew the answer to that. I know that if I feel frustrated, angry or restless, that exercise helps me let off steam, so I get a form of comfort, I suppose. Generally, when I feel miserable, I do the same as you though. I think trying to go for some really funny films or programmes and a healthier food might still be quite comforting though. Link to comment
