waiting on a call.

Don't you just feel so let down when someone says they are going to call you "tonight" and then you end up waiting the whole night for a call that just isn't going to call?

yes!!!!!!! that has happened to me so recently!!! i complained to my friend, she told me, 'you know what your problem is annie - you expect people not to act like dip-craps.' (different word used!) i guess she is right to some degree. but i hate that - you wait all night for a call. blah.

 

i guess in some ways - i do that too at times - where i have an intention of calling someone, and then i forget and something comes up. i say, give them a few chances, but if they are always flakey, then you may want to 'downgrade' your feelings for them.

OMG I hate that. I've been the one waiting too many times. It's really not cool. It's really inconsiderate, as well, which you should most definitely let the person know.

This also applys to texting someone and them not replying. A huge slap in the face IMO. They can at least call or text and say that their busy and can talk a bit later or the next day. No excuse.

Who waits? I go out after awhile if they haven't called and don't think of it again. People hate this and they stop doing the not-calling thing. Try it.
