Caterina
I've noticed that men will be happy to flirt and pay attention to me when I'm friendly. How dependent on friendliness is flirtation? Are men willing to flirt with women they aren't attracted to? Do men initiate flirtation with only attractive women? Link to comment
rs.dallaire
Sometimes I flirt with women who I am not particularly attracted to. If she is nice and has a big smile, I might mildly flirt if there is no risk of being misinterpreted. Link to comment
MushroomGod
I flirt with everyone Link to comment
ultrabot90
Same as rs.dellaire. Misinterpreted flirting is the worst thing possible. Instead of gaining friends/love that way, you gain enemies. As for Caterina's question, be sure not to confuse friendliness with flirting. Being friendly to everyone is good. Being flirtatious with everyone may bring a bad rep. And as far as attraction goes...it's a different definition for different people. Link to comment
Myk_
Flirt / tease / be playful with everyone If I meet someone who isnt friendly, or rude, I almost feel the need to do all that. Just to see their rection change, it's like a challenge. But yes, speaking generally, if a female is friendly to a man, he will be more likely to attempt to flirt with them, as opposed to someone who keeps themself to themselves. Link to comment
Poe
I am definitely more likely to flirt with a girl who seems friendly and approachable. Without a doubt. None whatsoever. Link to comment
Caterina
But flirting doesn't mean anything, then? Is it more likely to create attraction? Link to comment
MushroomGod
It is used to create attraction yes, but it really doesn't mean anything really. Women more often then men will flirt without attraction or even to create attraction. All you have to do is search the forums here to see that. Link to comment
Altruist
Most women use flirting to as a form of validation that they are still attractive. Link to comment
rs.dallaire
A lot of people flirt simply because it's fun! Link to comment
