Well John Lennon wrote the song for Yoko while she was pregnant (hence the heavy part, or at least one layer of the word). well basically the song is suppose to show how he's so obsessed with her that he can only repeat that one phrase. The heavy part can be literally since Yoko WAS pretty heavy with child but also figuratively like she was so heavy with desire....hmmm definitely sexy sexy song. Link to comment
