What do you do to put yourself in a good mood?

 

I simply try to be in the present moment. If I plan for tomorrow, then I feel pressured. But if I think, "Today I will do..." each day, and not "...and then tomorrow...", then it feels less like a precise schedule. Most of my days I am in a good mood. However, to be even more at peace, I meditate, listen to music, play music, exercise, or anything else that lets me surrender myself.
