easyguy
What do you do to put yourself in a good mood? I simply try to be in the present moment. If I plan for tomorrow, then I feel pressured. But if I think, "Today I will do..." each day, and not "...and then tomorrow...", then it feels less like a precise schedule. Most of my days I am in a good mood. However, to be even more at peace, I meditate, listen to music, play music, exercise, or anything else that lets me surrender myself. Link to comment
Leonhart
I'm not sure. It's usually pretty hard to snap me out of a down slump. Link to comment
Mysterious Gurl
Hello! Thanks for replying to this thread! Easy Guy ... I loved your reply. I'm going to try and lievv in the "present" most of my worries escalate around the future. Sometimes you have to have a precise schedule but 75% of my time I'm worrying when I could be relaxing.
