When I told him that I liked him he kept asking "Really?" and "Are you serious?" like I was joking with him. Today he said hi to me in the hall very shyly, as well. I am seriously thinking about just coming out and asking him if he likes me back, but I dont want him to think I'm desperate or something. I am waiting to see what his friend says, since he totally owes me a favour. lol If there is anything else you guys need to know about my problem, just ask.

Thanks for your honesty. Oh, and when I say he has been acting differently, I mean he has been acting way nicer than before. There doesnt seem to be any tension in the air when we are around each other, we talk to each other like everything is normal, but he doesnt come up and talk to me like he used to and such.

I asked his best friend if he likes me (his best friend is a good friend of mine, so I trust him completely to keep my secret). My friend said that he will ask him. One of my best friends says that she thinks he might like me (she hangs out with him as well). She was talking to him last night and was asking him who he liked and when she guessed me, apparently he didnt say anything, but he didnt say anything for a few other people too (according to my friend though all the others were "ugly". I thought that was mean...). Ever since I told him I liked him he has been acting different. Help?

Thanks for the replies everyone! To answer the questions asked: Yes, he is always facing me when I talk to him. Also, it is easy for me to talk to him and vice-versa, but talking to him about something like this feels different for me. Whenever I think about it I get all shy, and that rarely happens to me because I am quite an outgoing person. hehe I want to talk to him about it, I honestly do, but as sad as it sounds, I'm scared of what he will think. I know I shouldn't, but I can't help it. Although when the perfect opportunity comes up to talk to him about it, I will. Thats a new goal!

Well, it all depends on the girl and her personality. Some girls love it when their boyfriends hold their hands, and the things you suggested and stuff, but others prefer not to be touched at all in public. Best thing is (in my opinion) is to ask her what she feels comfortable with. I hope I helped!

So, there is this guy that I've known practically my whole life. We were best friends when we were younger, and spent a lot of time together. Recently I've begun hanging out with him again, and I have developed a huge crush! He acts like he likes me...he sometimes flirts, immediately looks at me after making a joke, talks to me a lot, he is always seems to be standing beside me, the list goes on. I am moving tomorrow to a different town but will still be attending the same school and high school (next year), but no matter how much I tell him that he always says something like "That sucks, I can't believe your moving". The biggest hint was that he said he wanted to go to grad with me, and not the person he is supposed to go with now. I know that it should seem obvious to me now, but he said "because at least we're friends and i dont even talk to the girl i'm going with now". I feel so stupid for asking what you all think about whether or not he likes me. Well, not stupid...embarrassed because I must be blind or something. lol Anyway, I need your opinions, if its not to much to ask!!! If you need more info, just ask!
