heartbroken3
Anyone ever been in a mental fog after a breakup? Like there's lots of thoughts running through your head and you can't keep them all straight? Link to comment
livelovelaugh6
Yes, although everyone is different. I would assume that is normal.. you just need time to heal. Link to comment
skern
It's very, very normal. It helps sometimes to talk to someone who can help you sort it out though, and assure you that you are normal! But yes, what you are going through is not uncommon. I'd say 95% of my clients who go through a breakup have a period of mental fog. I typically work with them to help them find a way to make it work for them to help them grow and heal, and give themselves a better understanding of themselves, of why their relationship may have failed and am able to move them on to a better place of peace, happiness and a loving committed relationship when they get to the other side of the heartbreak. MsJoanna81
I feel the same. If I don't see my ex I'm okay. Until I see him or he starts talking to me I feel like I get into a trance state of mind and I can't snap out of it. Link to comment

Yes and I'm afraid to say the wrong things to her due to not thinking quick or clear enough. It's like getting flustered. Link to comment
