If a guy starts nodding a lot for no reason, when you're giving him the eye during a conversation, is he encouraging it or what is that?

Because, he gives me the eye back, and starts nodding in an obvious way, while still contributing very slowly to the conversation.

he is either listening to you and agreeing. or he isn't listening to you and signaling the woman behind you over and over again. lol, no. he could be listening to you subcontiously and agreeing while staring at you and is mesmorized by your beauty.
