how do i know we are "dating" or if this more and a relationship?

So this is the situation in a nut shell.

 

We have been on about 8 dates, and always just us for the first 2-3 hours , smoke hookah, go to dinner and so forth, and sometimes we meet with other people and friends later on,

 

we kissed in the beginning, and then there was this period where she didnt know what she wanted, and said she wanted to get to know me better, so i obliged, and was just a friend, and then we had 1 really good date, and it seems like things changed completely,

 

we talk all the time, and she mentioned she wanted me to meet her sister, and all of her friends like me so far,

 

so here is the question,

 

how do i know that we are "dating"" or " how do i know if it something more than dating and maybe on the path of a relationship,?

 

ladies, what signs do u give to let it be known what the "status" is ?

I would just talk to her and ask her quite simply if she's dating anyone else. If she says no, it's fine to ask her if she sees it going towards a full relationship (ie. exclusive). Don't make assumptions about it, because doing so might only create problems down the road.
