I had an extremely stressful job with poor sleep since I had to be at work at 5am everyday and now I have been told all the pain in my body is Fibromyalgia. I have tried exercising etc but it just flares it alot of the time.

Anyone else have this and what do you suggest?


I don't think I can do a stressful job anymore...just can't.

my mom had fibromyalgia. Doctors prescribe anti-depressants and sometimes anti-anxiety pills for it. Of course getting good sleep and eating well are essential for anyone's health. Excercise is important, something relaxing like yoga might help. Talk therapy and taking it easy on yourself are good things too. good luck.
