eviljedi
Hey, I'm looking for some recommendations on self-esteem and confidence building material. I've got a few books but most of them are filled with the same bad mainstream advice. If anyone has any success with a particular product, please recommend it. Thanks eviljedi
KillTheSilence
yes i do. weightlifting and running have built my self-esteem up along with succeeding in school and not giving a crap about what others say to me but doing something about what they say at the same time (that involves a slight change in me or a lack of respect towards them). Blayzed4Life
Hey I have a good book I'd recommend, it's called "Feel the Fear and Do It Anyways" by Susan Jeffers. This book is great, I read it when I was in need of a change myself, slowly I have been making changes. It deffinetly puts life in perspective in a way that you can really relate to it. It's a very easy book to read only like 200 pages fairly normal size print. It has little excercises that you can do to help improve your selfesteem. But it's deffinetly a great book I would recommend it to anyone who wants to change their life and feels stuck. Good luck!!!
