I just wish I could read a book, or just carry on with whatever I might be doing without thinking about it... Is there any way to just relax and enjoy the ride without so much stress? Link to comment

I know it's not always like that, but sometimes I guess I sugconsciously make myself do it (because I might know it's not what is best, but I still do it...)... How can I just no think about it? aggierocker Posted April 28, 2006 Share Posted April 28, 2006 You know what helps me. Party, get wasted, every weekend. Just don't go too crazy. I know my limits and I have friends I can trust. When your in that faded consciousness, you just don't give a damn about anything. Link to comment
