i like this guy that lives accross the street he is a yr older than me. i like him a lot we hang out every night sure we flirt.tonight we sat outside 4 an hr n tlked. i want to take it to like a romantic level how do i do it??

Ak him how he feels about you. let him know your interested in him, maybe thats all he is waiting for. is a sign from you. then he will make his move. and ask you out. if you want a romantic environment then take a long walk, talk to him about what he feels towards you. does he like you more as a friend. ask him that, put him on the spot. and tell him to be 100% honest with you. no side routes on the conversation. just straight forward answers and questions from both of you. that will determine if hes interested in talking it to the next level....or if that sounds kind of Weird.
