saying I love you

My boyfriend and I have been together almost 7 months. We haven't officially said I Love You yet.. He will say it when he's drinking or on the internet.... But never in person. I am just not sure what to do. If I should casually say it some time, or how to bring it up. I konw its there for the both of us, but he just wont say it to my face!!! HELP

There's no rule as to when or how it's said. Or who by, for that matter.

 

The next time you feel like it - say it.

As long as you know that's what you feel; there's no 'correct' way to bring it up.

 

Possibly the next time you are both in a romantic place/situation.

Have you said it to him? I know this sounds childish and all, but have you? Many guys are...'taught'... not to be the first to say it. Stupid, I know, but that's how it is sometimes....

 

The flip side is, if he DID say it, and he said it TOO SOON, then he'd prolly be the one on here... It is so silly how those 3 words can make people go nuts... ;-) (I am being silly here)

It would seem that he is a little timid to tell you he loves you in person then. If you do love him, I would probably tell him. It can be a sweet little moment. It doesnt have to be big and spectacular. It will mean a lot though.

The important thing is that he has said it. You might disregard it when he sys it after drinking (although some psychologists believe you never say or do anything drunk you don't wish you could do when sober) but he has also said it on the internet.
