A lot of things, usually a cold or infection.

 

Are you worries about an STD? You seem knowledgeable enough about your body so I'm sure you have already looked up on the net the various symptoms of STDs.

 

It could also be caused by a multitude of things. Some bad some not so bad. I would wait it out a few days and see what happens. If it's an ongoing thing I would get checked out It could be an infection or worse.

 

Pain is your body trying to tell you something is wrong. Don't ignore it, it's better to know you have a problem then to ignore it and let it get worse.

 

of yea if you ahve endo then you might need surgery. Not a plesant experience. I had a GF who had that once, lots of pain. But if she didn't get it treated then she would have lost the ability to have childrens... do you want that?
