Getting someone to notice you

This really does not pertain to friends or friendships,but i was just wondering...How do you get someone you are interested in to notice you? Please don't tell me to just go up to this person and say hello. Tried it once and it didn't work. Just want her to see that I am not the guy she thinks I am.

What sort of guy do you assume she thinks you are now?

For some reason I think that she thinks I am some kind of a stalker,which I am not. She even hides from me,even though in the corner of my eye I notice her looking my way.

I think if someone hids from you, the chances are that they are not goingto be interested in you. she may be looking at you because she is nervous of you.

 

Just act normally and don't try to be near her.

So,let me ask you this...How do I turn it around so she is not nervous about me? This woman doesn't know me at all. That's what bothers me about the whole situation. Maybe she needs to see me doing something good for someone. Maybe that will change her opinion of me.

Any idea how old she is? And under what circumstances do you meet her or see her?
