my gf and my bestfriend live right next to eachother and when i do something with my gf my best friend gets mad and when i do something with my best friend i feel bad about not even saying hi to my gf... what im trying to say is how can i make both of them happy

Tell each of them that they should respect the fact that the other is important to you and to please not give you a hard time when you spend time with them.

 

I am not sure why you can't say hi to your g/f when you are with your friend. She has a right to be upset at that - it's rude if nothing else.
