Healing letter to myself

Okay, first I want to let you all know that I did NOT write this letter although I wish I had. It's beautiful and has helped me ever since finding it posted here on NotAlone. To whomever wrote it/posted it, thank you for helping me in my darkest hour. I copied it and pasted it to my desktop and read it every morning and night, or whenever I needed it most.

 

I hope this helps the rest of like it helped me....
