If he breaks up with you (LTR), but still calls you by your pet name and tells you he will always love you. And says it's awkward to be on a date with somebody that wasn't you.

What are you supposed to think ?

I would think that I need to go no contact so that I can heal without being confused while trying to read between the lines.
