How do you seperate?

We're barely scraping by as it is. We own a home that isn't in selling condition. He won't move out, and I can't afford to at this time. So what are my options? Any ideas, advice, anything? I have my first appointment with my attorney next week. I really want to get things going but how?

Not to be flip but by seeing an attorney. Decide how to be fair and follow his advice.

I agree with DN. Talk to your attorney. He or she will be able to best advise you on what your options are for your location and situation. Even though it may pain you to do it, you will have to cooperate with your husband to get the house in a saleable condition.
