I need hair advice!!

So basically I decided to try use a candy floss pink semi permanent dye on my then bleach blonde hair a few months ago, but I wanted to go back to dark blonde so attempted to bleach the pink out and my hair went light yellow and then went a brassy colour once a dark blonde colour was applied which I then dyed dark brown with a semi permanent as I didn't like the result of the brassyness. However my hair still goes brassy when the brown fades and looks red on pictures and I want to go back to a middle toned blonde with no red in my hair! What shall I do to get my desired colour??

Can you use a color remover before your next dye job?

 

My friend dyed her hair but didn't like the result so she used a color remover.
