Oh but you ARE controlling! You will push him away for good if you dont lighten up. As for people here being mean, no they are not. You are upset or annoyed because you aren't hearing what you want to hear. Truth is you are rather overbearing thinking you can tell him not to go to a party and then calling his friend to get him to tell your bf you want to talk to him. Good grief. You would do well to develop your own life so you are not sitting home having a pity party on your own while your bf is doing normal things like going to a party.

It makes no sense to police someone else's choices regardless of proximity. You want the guy to revolve his life around phone calls with you? That's not going to work.
