Breakup - feel like I'm a horrible basically unlovable person

Having a really hard time today. Not spoken to my ex but am really feeling the loss of confidence that he has given me. Just feel like I'm a horrible basically unlovable person! I wish I could bounce back to my pre ex life but am finding it really difficult, does anyone have any tips with dealing with this? Feel really down on myself

Time heals , be patient . Just roll with the punches and keep urself busy for now! Go out, date, have fun with ur friends! Good memories over shadow the bad ones. Stay positive

Time, time will make it all better.Try to do other things to keep your mind occupied and don't do the same things that you did in the relationship that is a constant reminder. sadness is normal, and it will pass when you begin to heal. Breakups hurts, but remember: when one door closes, many opens for you. I wish you well.
