Yes it is possible for a person to leave a person they love. Just because you love a person doesnt mean that it is going to work out with them. Regardless of what people think you need more than love for a situation to work. If you want to live that idealistically then life is going to be hard. The truth is that we will love many people in our lives and its simply a matter of timing who we happen to end up with.

Absolutely! I still love my ex but I left him in the end. Too much pain to be friends with him, but do still love him and probably always will.

I would say yes, it is possible to leave someone you love, but I also think there is a difference between loving someone and then not loving them enough to deal with whatever challenges life has given the couple.

i guess that depends on how you mean love. if you mean love like really cherishing the person and thinking they are special, then yes. if you mean like being in love with them romantically as well, i dont think so unless there are extrenuating circumstances.

Unfortunately, love doesn't overcome all things. You can love someone to no end, but sometimes love just isn't enough. There's so many things that contribute to a happy relationship, sometimes it's better to just walk away.
