Here would be a better question. Can an attractive woman be friends with a man that she knows is attracted to her? Even if she knows he won't make move?

 

Depends on the woman.

 

If she fancies the extra attention and likes the idea of him liking her (even though she'd never be with him), then yes.

 

If she is uncomfortable because she doesn't like him and is aware of his intentions and/or she has a boyfriend and feels it's wrong to lead this guy on, then no.
