Yeah, music helps me when I have a little stress to work out, too. Yet, so does drawing, and reading, and writing. Especially writing. Ha, sometimes it feels good to just let it all out on paper, to just explore how stressed you are. Sometimes you even think of your own ways of dealing with the overload through an imagined character. Or maybe I'm just weird like that!
