yvette91
My husband and I have decided that it's best for us to separate. I don't know what to do or where to start. He told me he would take care of everything, he has never lied to me, but I'm not sure if I should be doing something also. I just need a starting point, some pointers, any advice helps Link to comment
Seraphim
Seek out a lawyer. Never have your soon-to-be ex spouse do all your planning for you. Link to comment

I also recommend taking pictures of expensive items in your house to prove they exist. Take a picture of it next to the current newspaper to prove the date the picture was taken was recent.
