Depends on the woman. Just like men women are individuals with different preferences.

Oral sex is important before penetration. Girls take longer to get ready than most guys. I can't go straight to penetration and enjoy it. I'm still somewhat dry and it just doesn't feel good. However, I don't like only oral either...then I'm done and ready for a sandwich while he's still ready to go. I just like oral until I'm ready for intercourse.

To me oral is just part of the foreplay before sex. Sex to me is a much better experience. I like the closeness/intimacy/mutual pleasure of sex.

I can only orgasm from oral sex, but I love penetrative sex as well. For me, sex doesn't feel "complete" without both.
