sex drive...comes and goes

my sex drive....it comes and goes....i'm blaming it on the shot but im not completely sure on that one....like its GONE when i'm not on my period...but when i am on it....drives me insane....i hate telling my b/f no....does anyone have any ideas on how i can get my sex drive higher when im not on my period?!

Some people don't mind sex during periods, but I get the feeling you're not considering that.

 

Is there anything in particular that really gets you going? If so, do that for a little while so your engine can get going. For example, lots and lots of foreplay... perhaps have your boyfriend read some erotica to you or watch porn together (if you're into those things). For us women, mental images and such get us going, and I'm sure this is the same in your case. The longer you engage in whatever it is that gets you going, and the longer you hold out until you do the deed, the higher your desire gets. As women, we do have cycles (even when they are being regulated by birth control), so your sex drive does vary during your cycle.

 

I hope that gave you some ideas... I'll see what else I can think of.

Biologically its completely normally for your sex drive to act that way. You need to find some common ground with ur bf otherwise it will be a problem in the relationship.
