MakesNoSense Posted January 15, 2013 Share Posted January 15, 2013 I'm in my early 40s For me it's 5 times. The pain is just as bad whether i've been dumped or been the dumpee. It usually takes me 3 months to start feeling some sort of normality again. 6 months to start functioning normally & at least one year before I would even want to talk to my ex after going NC.
