I have been hanging with a co-worker for the past few weeks. There seems to be some flirting going back and forth but nothing more than that. Tonight i was walking her to the subway and when we decided to say our goodbyes, she hugged me and gave me a kiss on the cheek. Are you hanging out just the two of you or as a group? If she's openly flirting with you, next time your hanging out, ask her if she'd like to go out for dinner sometime, just the two of you, you know, like....
