Him: It wouldn't be your beauty, unfortunately.

 

Does it mean that he doesn't think I'm beautiful?

 

P.S. We were not talking about guys, just his life plan in general. And this guy is only a friend, but I had a huge crush on him.

Yeah he did compliment me alot before. But then he does it to quite a lot of people.

But he usually says things like "maybe you will be the prettiest girl in town when you go on exchange" etc..

 

Does it mean that he doesn't think I'm beautiful when he said what he just said?

Perhaps he felt that there were more reasons to trust you, as oppose to just looks alone?

 

If he compliments you frequently, then he must definitely find you attractive. I wouldn't worry too much about it.

to me, he meant that he trusts you for reasons that go deeper than your looks.

 

ever heard the expression "not for your pretty eyes?". it means that it doesn't matter how beautiful you are, there's a primary reason way more important than that motivating a certain behaviour.

 

grow some spine and self confidence, please.
