I got a text from my ex last night to wish me happy birthday ( we broke up about 5 years ago) we have stayed in LC. I am completely over her and have no feelings left whatsoever. But she texted me ending with a question. I answered the question and then asked her one. So I replied about 20 minutes later and she never replied??

 

I honestly don't really care more curious of why she would not reply if she was the one who reached out??

Carrying out a conversation via text messaging is hard. And annoying. It takes me a long time to reply, and that is if I do reply. If you want to talk to somebody, you have to do it vocally. Email, texts, etc leave too much room for misunderstandings.

 

Just be glad you are over your ex, some of us are not so lucky.
