Shoe Anxiety - VEGAS!

So I’m going to Vegas in six days with one of my friends and I’ve kind of been reading up on what to wear to the clubs because I’m not 100% sure how to dress. I know they have some strict dress codes there and I don’t want to have to wait in line forever only to be turned away because of the type of shoes that I’m wearing.

 

And that’s my biggest concern, shoes! I’m a tall girl, almost 5’11 and I’d like to just wear a pair of cute ballet flats but I’m afraid I’ll be turned away because of that. Every website that I’ve searched says to wear heels but I’m not really comfortable with that since I’m so tall already.

 

Has anyone been to the clubs in Vegas? Will I get turned away if I’m wearing flats?

Could you get away with kitten heels instead of full-on ones?

 

I've not been so I can't say how strict it is. I'd pack some heels just in case there's no other option.

i see more bigger cities being more strict on dress codes...not 100 percent sure

Man, I feel like i'm packing so much for this trip and i'm only going for five days!

 

But, ya I guess i'll just borrow a pair of high heels from someone to wear just in case. It is Vegas after all and where anything goes.

There are all types of clubs in Vegas and some have less stringent dress codes. If you plan on going to the high profile clubs then I wouldnt wear flats.

why don't you just bring a pair of black pumps? they go with everything and you're not carrying alot.
