I used to comment on this forum all the time about all the right steps to take when doing a long distance. It doesn't work. It really doesn't. No matter how patient, understanding, loving, open and honest you are in communication, it doesn't work. The distance makes us forget ONE VERY IMPORTANT THING : There is a distance bc one or the other no longer loves...and that is why there is a physical distance in the first place. Link to comment
