tuesday
I have realized that the most hardest time for me to cope with my break-up is during the time I would spend with my SO. I think that's the time when the realization completely hits me because I am not doing the things I normally would. This is when I start to completely lose all the self control that I had prior to this time. It could also be that I would spend my entire weekends and nights with him. And now that it's over i can't go over to his place to unwind anymore, to hang out and to do the stuff that I enjoyed. His friends became my friends, so what do I do now that its over? What do you do? Link to comment
Theblueman123
Best thing to do is to spend time with others. Link to comment
beingleft
Yep and that is going to be everyday until it doesn't matter anymore. At least that is what I am trying to tell myself....that this feeling will go away someday. Link to comment
tuesday
yea spending time with people does help but in the end of the day sometimes you have to go back to your lonely place... it almost seems like spending time with others is an escape and then you come back to reality. I dunno thats how I feel. Link to comment
jojo23
It's one of the worst things, getting out of the 'routine' you get into when your with someone. The only way to help you through this is keep as busy as possible, maybe try a new hobby, hang out with friends. Take some time to find yourself again x Link to comment
