In some places if you are over 18 and the other person is under 18 it is considered rape whether or not it is consensual. Where are you located? avman Link to comment

Most places now call that "sexual assault" Statuatory rape is sex with a person unable to legally give consent. Whether they actually consent or not is irrelevant.
