smiley1979
Has anyone read this book? I have read the book and now I am trying to do the exercises. The first exercise is to not think about or care what men think for seven days. I am having difficulty with this first step since I have a crush on the guy at church. Do you think this exercise will work? or should I just skip to the next one? Link to comment
Supa_gurl
I have never read the book, but go in order. Accomplish the first step then proceed. If you skip a step then you really are not accomplishing anything you are setting out to do. Link to comment
savignon
If you're having trouble with step one, it might take a little longer than you anticipate. Maybe worship from home this week and don't go to church. I don't think you're not allowed to THINK about men, just don't concern yourself with what THEY think of you. If you find those thoughts creeping up on you, do a meditation or prayer or write in your journal...knit, watch TV....distract yourself. Best wishes!! Link to comment

hmdreamer7
Having a crush on a guy while you're doing the fist step is a good thing! It will really challenge you, in a good way. If you can do it now, you will have an easier time doing that step with other crushes in the future. I like that first step... who is the author? Link to comment
Elsewhere
Never heard about the book but love it already! So what are the next steps??? I'm determined to take the challenge with you and absolutely no step skipping! Bring it on. Link to comment
