Absence Makes the Heart grow fonder?

Ok, over the last while I've been going out with my gf, I've seen her every day for the past week for a couple hours (sometimes she calls, sometimes I've called), I was just wondering if anyone thinks the "absense makes the heart grow fonder" theory is valid. Should I not go see her tonight/tomorrow or should I see her as much as possible.

I think that there is some logic in the term "absense makes the heart grows fonder".

 

It is human to pine for something that is not there. How we sometimes take things for granted, when the ones we love is right in front of our face. Then the moment they aren't there, longing takes over.

 

Heard of the phrase "missed you the moment you were gone"? That's our nature. One word of advice though, don't "disappear" so much to the point that you might seem nonchalant or totally not bothered with your partner!
