  1.

She desperately does not want me to leave. I am not sure why, you should see her ball when she talks about how much I hurt her.

She doesn't want you to leave because she will be crucified in divorce court for infidelity and when the psych. issues come out she will probably lose custody.

The court will either order her go to therapy for an eval. or commit her for observation if she refuses.

Does she understand how much she is hurting you?

  2. Lets be honest, if a women sleeps with a man on the first date - chances are he's not going to call, let alone FALL IN LOVE because of the sex.

What I've experienced is that men DO fall in love, some easily, some not so easily...everyone is different...but in my experiences, men really seem to have a harder time getting over a broken heart than women...wonder why?

Wrong, instant attraction happens all the time, when a 1st date goes so well that you melt into ea. other, I and most others feel she's a keeper. If it takes 5+ dates to feel something you should have let it go and moved on.

Simple answer, men have been used more than any women and it's easy to prove, try to find a divorce where the man actually gets something. Find a relationship where a girl spends all the money. That's why men are so hesitant.

  3. I'm sure your wife earned that through her love and support.

I'm also quite sure that she did important domestic work around the house.

To compare her to a prostitute is really sad. Do you have respect for yourself? Just curious..

My ex wife didn't support anyone or do much domestic work, she had serious psych. problems that she hid and didn't say anything before the marriage which is illegal. I should have booted her out but I tried to make it work, so much for being a nice guy.

She came into the marriage w/ nothing, I already owned everything and there was a prenup. She was entitled to nothing under the law but her mother was a powerful state official and had the judge throw the prenup out.

I didn't compare her to a prostitute, I said it would have been cheaper.

I have lots of respect for myself, none for her or the crooked state officials.

    p.s.

I forgot to add, there were no children either...

  4. To the OP, it was before you, not during, just let it drop.

    prostitute;

    * a woman who engages in sexual intercourse/favors for money

Now for the really serious question. "what girl would go out w/ a guy who never bought them anything?"

Heck, I lost $250k+ in my divorce (no kids either), it would have been cheaper and less aggravation to get a prostitute if I divided the lovemaking sessions by $350? hr.. lol

  5. It's all over the world;

In the United States legal system, there have been Supreme Court rulings that a marriage could be declared null and void if it had not been consummated.

At-Fault Divorce - This type of divorce occurs when one spouse sues for divorce due to the transgressions of the other. Grounds for at-fault divorce include cruelty (inflicting needless physical or emotional pain), adultery, abandonment, lengthy imprisonment, and inability or unwillingness to consummate marriage. Not all states offer at-fault divorce. In those that do, the spouse that can prove fault may be awarded a greater portion of community property or larger alimony payments.

Non-Consummation of the Marriage - This refers to the refusal or inability of one party to engage in sexual intercourse with the other once married.

Marriage is a personal relation arising out of a civil contract between a man and a woman, to which the consent of the parties capable of making that contract is necessary. Consent alone does not sonstitute marriage. Consent must be followed by the issuance of a license and solemnization as authorized by this division, except as provided by Section 425 and Part 4 (commencing with Section 500).

Incapacity: Incapacity means a spouse was and continues to be physically unable to consummate the marriage.

  6. seriously? I thought it was just a reason you can get the marriage annulled. where does it say that you must have sex to be legally married/

If you don't consummate the marriage you aren't legally married and that's why it''s an automatic annulment, you never bonded w/ your partner, do not stop at divorce court, you're legally out of it.

  7. hey, just wondering what are the sizes for condoms? and does it matter which size you get? please help me!!

depends on how big you are, when I was young it was 1 size fits all, not really...

XL was heaven when they came out.

A Ronson butane lighter fluid can would be "larger" size, XL is a bit bigger, XXL is porn star size, broomstick would be smaller/snugger fit than regular.

  8. I think I completely scared him and pushed him away. I did and said some really pathetic, dumb things. He even sent me a text late last night that said "Sorry, game over."

I know I messed up in so many ways and that I should have made sure I was completely over him before I even considered dating him again. Now I'm back at square one and it hurts just as bad as it did a month ago. I feel pathetic.

From a guys perspective, he thinks you're just playing games w/ him and doesn't want to play your game and get hurt again.

  9. RCMP = Royal Canadian Mounted Police.

    (remember the Dudley Doright movie/cartoon?)

Confidence will work, being a wimp will show you the door.

Stumbling for an answer isn't good either, quick answers are better.

Part of any law enforcement interview is Psych., it's to make sure you're not a psycho loose cannon like in the Mel Gibson movies.
