In your opinion, which is a better way of telling someone you like how you feel about them? Do you write him/her a letter? Or Do you tell him/her personally?

I'd like to help you...but I'm in a same situation. Sorry.

I'm a very shy guy myself and also a guy with a few words. Whenever I see I girl that I like a lot and want her really bad all I can do is stare. I'm scared to make the first move because if I did I would look kinda dumb. My mind would go blank right when I'm about to say something to her and then I try to look for the words and cant' find it. Then I would say something else in a stuttering voice like "Umm...d-do you have a pencil I can borrow?" *Walks away and slaps forehead*

You need to let her go. From what I've read it sounds like she's using you. Yes, you need to ride off into the sunset. Those who dwell in the past will be left behind in the flow of life and time. Dwell in the present and in the future instead so that you can see what lies clearly infront of you and what will be ahead of you. A man who always looks back does not know the direction he is going and thus will run into things.

I know how you feel because I'm in a same situation as you, except that I'm shy and she's not. Starting a converstation is a good start so that at least she'll know that you show some interest in her. The problem with me though is that whenever I feel like talking to her, my feet suddenly feels like cement and I can't move. I hesitate. Then when I finally get close enough to talk to her...my mind just goes blank . Then I just sit back down not know what to do. I don't know what to say either unless she starts a conversation.
