BBHFutureAllAmerican Posted April 16, 2007 Share Posted April 16, 2007 so to start, i'm 5'11 roughly 200 pounds, and i'm very active in sports, baseball in the summer, basketball in the winter, and football in the fall, i do resistance training 4-5 times a week, and cardio 3-4 times a week. My question is how can i get the last of this body fat off by summer, cuz we all want to look good for the ladies . I eat healthy, i never drink pop, alcohol, i don't smoke or do drugs, i don't eat candy not even lollipops, but are there any vitamins and foods i should be eating to finish it off? thanks very much Link to comment
jengh Posted April 16, 2007 Share Posted April 16, 2007 Do you eat many simple sugars/carbs? If so, switch to whole-grain. It'll make your body work harder to break it down... Link to comment
BBHFutureAllAmerican Posted April 16, 2007 Author Share Posted April 16, 2007 actually, not at all, i eat whole grain cereals in the morning, whatever the school serves for lunch, and we have balanced din-din at night, i know you're supposed to eat 6 smaller meals, but i have school everyday and it's hard to get something in between the 3 main meals Link to comment
